We have built a 200 foot fishing pier. We bought the transformer so we could have 12v DC for lights instead of 115v AC for safety reasons. Works good and does not get to warm when in use. I would suggest o put an inline switch so it does not stay on all the time. (Posted on 8/13/2020)

Bought this after buying 1 on Amazon. Said it was 24V but only put out 10.8. This 1 puts out 23 & change. All my lights are working as they should.
Unfortunately I can't comment on the dimming as my application didn't require it. (Posted on 8/29/2019)
