Cannot say how impressed I was with this purchase experience. Not only a fine product at a good price, but the folks at Total Transformers deserve praise.

The website is clean and fast - with superior search capabilities.

(While I didn't need to take advantage) Total experts are clearly standing by to assist. The toll free number is prominent (how many times do other websites make their customers have to hunt for it?) and a screen pop-up offers a live chat. Impressive.

Once an order is placed, their communication-with-customer is superb.
