Product Review (submitted on September 30, 2023):: From first instillation it hummed noticeable, much more then the original transformer that it replaced. It then quit recently after only 1 1/2 years. The original transformer lasted for around 20 years. This unit was either defective or poorly designed and made. I will not buy this brand again.
